Property Management
Jenny Arnold is the full-time appointed Portfolio Manager. She also has an NQF4 and NQF5 qualification. She has been in Real Estate for the last 30 years and has experience in sales, rentals and property management. For the period of 2004 to 2019 she managed the Amanzimtoti office which was actively managing several Body Corporates. She has also been chairperson and trustee of one of the body corporates where she was an owner for the past 17 years.

Sales and Rentals
Avril Rosehas also been a part of the team for the last 30 years, has the NQF4 qualification and is a vital staff member. She has years of experience in property rentals and sales, as a result her knowledge of the Sectional Titles act is extensive.
